Delivery Policy

Within seven business days of paying the processing fee, Resume Inc. will receive their online access. Refund Policy

Please note that this service is non-refundable from the date of registration. A refund request must be submitted via email ([email protected]) for wrongful charge or charge arising from fraudulent use of your credit card, the credit card issuer must be contacted immediately before any disputes opened with Resume Inc.

This Agreement is between you ("You"), the purchaser of products or services on this web site and Resume Inc. ("Us", "We", "Our" or the "Supplier"). We offer two types of Resumes Packages. Monthly subscription of $60 and yearly subscription of $150.

Subsidiary Ownership

Resume Inc. further affirms its complete and undisputed ownership of the subsidiaries Resume Inc. for Artificial Intelligence L.L.C, based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, and Resume W.L.L, located in Bahrain. These subsidiary entities are wholly owned by Resume Inc. and operate under its jurisdiction, free from any liens or encumbrances that could impair or limit the ownership rights or operations of said subsidiaries.

IP Assignment

By accessing or using www.resumeinc.com ("the Website"), you acknowledge and agree that Resume Inc. has irrevocably assigned, transferred, and conveyed all rights, titles, and interests in and to its intellectual property associated with the Website to Filter Fund SPV I, LLC, located at 1776 Park Avenue, Suite 4-319, Park City, UT 84060 ("Filter Fund SPV I, LLC"). This assignment includes, but is not limited to, all trademarks, domain names, proprietary codes, copyrights, and any other intellectual property rights related to the operation, content, and services provided through the Website. Filter Fund SPV I, LLC holds and retains all rights to manage, enforce, and protect the intellectual property assigned by Resume Inc.

Your continued use of the Website constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance that any disputes, claims, or inquiries concerning the ownership, rights, or usage of the intellectual property associated with the Website shall be directed to Filter Fund SPV I, LLC. Products and Services

List of services provided: Uploading existing resume; Creating new resume; Online access to jobs portals; Creating profile page, Support questions, Recruiters access; Login access to website; Auto-generated content; Resume links; Mobile app access to resume.

Your account will be disabled and refund NOT granted if you are found to have solicited any Resume Inc. to pay for products, ask for Credit Card information, pay for a products other than what is supplied by Resume Inc. directly, advertise other services, use languages that are offensive in nature, slander and defame Resume Inc. and its employers, harassment of other Resume Inc., complaints and report abuse notifications from other Resume Inc., if received.

Service Eligibility. You represent and warrant that you (a) are not under the age of 18; (b) have not previously been suspended or removed from Resume Inc.; (c) are not a direct competitor of Resume Inc.; (d) do not have more than one Resume Inc. account at any given time; and (e) that you have full power and authority to enter into this Agreement and in doing so will not violate any other agreement to which you are a party. (e) Are not a spammer and here with the sole intention to promote or defame or negatively promote Resume Inc. In addition, you must provide all equipment and software necessary to connect to Resume Inc., including, but not limited to adequate Internet browsing tools, software’s and connection.

Indemnify us: You have to indemnify us and hold us harmless from any damages, losses and costs (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys' fees) related to third party claims, charges or investigations, caused by (a) your failure to comply with this Agreement, including, without limitation, your submission of content that violates third party rights or applicable laws, (b) any content you submit to Resume Inc. or (c) any activity in which you engage on or through Resume Inc.

Pay: If you subscribe to any services that we offer for a charge, you will pay the applicable fees (including, without limitation, fees for Resume Inc. accounts) plus all related taxes and Resume Inc. us for any collection costs and interest for any overdue amounts.

Photograph Liability

Resume Inc. does not take any responsibility or agree to be held liable for the safety of individuals creating profile pictures or attachments of personal pictures on the website. We make reasonable efforts to protect the privacy of all candidates. Any contact information is only given to legal experts with contractual agreements in place. It is solely the applicant’s responsibility to accept or reject any solicitation for employment by any parties claiming to be our legal expert or free-lance agents or consultant. By filling out this feature, applicants accept any and all liability or risks associated with the creation of a profile picture. Applicants should not under any circumstances include their personal information or email address or their legal experts name while creating a profile that is viewed on the main site by all public accessing this website.

Terms and Methods of Payment

A recurring Resume Inc. fee of $60 monthly or $150 yearly auto-renewable ("Fee") must be paid by all Resume Inc. using this website.

All Resume Inc. and services details can be found on the website and should be reviewed prior to making any payment. Your acceptance to receive such services shall be deemed from your payment for such services.

ALL PAYMENT METHODS ARE AS DESCRIBED ON THE SITE. FAILURE TO PAY ANY REQUIRED FEE SHALL PERMIT THE SUPPLIER TO CEASE PROVIDING ANY AND ALL SERVICES TO YOU.

Provision of Services

You are required to pay all costs relating to your access of the Internet and the Site.

You will receive access immediately or within seven business days of paying the applicable fees relating to your Resume Inc. This access can be used to access your online account and use services such as Online Creation of Profile. You may also check the status of your Resume Inc. by e-mailing [email protected]

No Liability

The information gathered on this site includes, but is not limited to, the following: The website collects names, e-mail addresses and domain names during the registration process. IN NO CASE WILL THE SUPPLIER'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING UNDER ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE) BE FOR MORE THAN THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU UNDER THIS AGREEMENT FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT OR SERVICE TO WHICH THE CLAIM RELATES. IN NO EVENT WILL THE SUPPLIER BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR DAMAGES OR LOSSES RESULTING FROM VIRUSES, DATA CORRUPTION, FAILED MESSAGES, DAMAGES ARISING AS A RESULT OF: TRANSMISSION ERRORS OR PROBLEMS, TELECOMMUNICATIONS SERVICE PROVIDERS, THE SUPPLIER'S CONTRACTORS, THE INTERNET BACKBONE, THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIER OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, DAMAGES OR LOSSES CAUSED BY YOU, OR YOUR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, AGENTS OR SUBCONTRACTORS, OR OTHER EVENTS BEYOND THE REASONABLE CONTROL OF THE SUPPLIER.
